We set up a full shop inside assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing communities, so residents can browse, try things on and choose clothes for themselves, right where they live.
Golden Threads Boutique is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving senior communities in St. Charles County, Chesterfield and the greater St. Louis area.
How a boutique visit works
We handle the setup, the shopping and the cleanup. Your team just picks a date and lets residents know we're coming.
Pick a date
Request a visit and we'll plan a time that fits your activity calendar.
We set up the shop
Racks, mirrors and a private try-on area, stocked in a full range of sizes.
Residents shop
Volunteers help with sizing and choices. Residents who need it shop with credits from our giving program.
We pack up
We take everything with us. Staff time stays focused on residents.
